| I had alot of problems with this because i found that in order to make a new house i had to spend a lot of money. Thos money i did NOT have. But i managed to find a cheat:
When you are on sims deluxe edition do Ctrl-Alt-Delete then hopefully you should get a rectangle on the side of your screen, click on it and type 'rosebud'..

| go on my sims screen and go on buy perks then hold l1+r1+square select whoohoo heart from the menu go bak to the game press square and select hereat get every thing

| in the game go to the buy perks page and keep pressing L R and square all at the same time a purple heart should appear click and u have the cheat

| go on my sims screen and go on to buy perks then hold on l, r and square at the same time and select woohoo select that perk and you can refil sanity and add $1000 +1_____point and so on |

| After you get rid of the first ghost in your house, talk to your maid and she will tell you about the ghost in your master bedroom. To get rid of him, go to Deadtree and go into the Meeting House. Go out back and find the tombstone without words on it. Dig up the charm. Now go to the Nightowl and talk to the girl with the blonde pigtails.
*note*- when you are out in the graveyard, try to avoid the zombies |
